ManhattanWest hosted a New York Soiree on September 27, 2007, celebrating our newest sales release. Guests enjoyed live jazz, great food, and special ManhattanWest cocktails.

 

Official Groundbreaking Celebration
We are pleased to announce that less than a month after the initial release of ManhattanWest, construction is underway, and completion of the first phase is planned for the third quarter of 2008. Our official groundbreaking celebration took place on Tuesday, May 22, 2007, and we hit a significant milestone with the sale of our 100th residence.

County Commissioner, Susan Brager, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce President, Kara Kelly, and Gemstone Development CEO, Alex Edelstein spoke at the ManhattanWest site and participated in a ceremonial dig.  A wine-tasting reception with food and live entertainment followed at the ManhattanWest sales center, where guests sampled wine from Rock and Roll Wines, took model tours, and learned more about the community.
