The Manhattan Spirit

A city is the coming together of different architectural styles to form a unique sense of place. We try to reflect that spirit in ManhattanWest's design. If you're looking for another brown and beige subdivision, we're not for you. Our buildings evoke the feel and energy of a real Manhattan street, with subtle touches like the gargoyles that dot our neo-gothic buildings, and the metal cladding that highlights our art deco facades. A city is the sidewalks, buzzing with life. That means walkable shops and offices—of which we'll have plenty.

And finally, a city is a place that can sustain itself. Too many condominium projects announce fancy amenities they either don't deliver on, or that shut down a year after completion. Perhaps you've seen it—the store that can't generate enough profit to stay open, the badly designed pool that's too expensive to heat, the open space that ends up being built upon. Through careful planning, we've designed ManhattanWest for the long term. You simply won't find everything we have to offer anywhere else in Las Vegas.
