Bill Cramsie is the Managing Director of Late-Stage Venture at Manhattan West, where he is responsible for developing and sourcing unique late-stage private investment opportunities while simultaneously growing partnerships with current investors, prospective investors, family offices and other institutional capital allocators. His focus is to represent Manhattan West in the late-stage venture community, raise equity for Manhattan West’s alternatives platform, and partner with investors to help meet their investment needs.
Mr. Cramsie began his career working in multi-family asset management with the Luminous Capital Group at First Republic Bank – now IEQ Capital – where he focused on client management and private alternative investments. His involvement and interest in private investments led him to Forge Global, where Mr. Cramsie worked extensively with top private company management teams and a global base of family offices and institutional investors to source, structure and execute on late-stage private investment opportunities on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Cramsie is licensed by FINRA with his Series 65 and has completed his Series 7. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, with double majors in Finance and Accounting, where he played Football. Mr. Cramsie currently resides in the Mar Vista neighborhood. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exercise, sports, and nature.
