Having served as Chief Financial Officer for both private and publicly traded companies for over 25 years, Don has a proven history of documented contributions leading to improved financial performance. He is proficient in budgeting, forecasting, preparing interim, quarterly and annual financial statements for GAAP and FASB requirements.

Prior to joining Manhattan West, he served as Chief Financial Officer of MYnd Analytics, Inc where he led MYnd Analytics’ capital raise to public investors and completed their uplisting to the Nasdaq Exchange from the OCTM. In addition, Mr. D’Ambrosio served as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Financial Officer of BNC Mortgage, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lehman Brothers. As BNC’s CFO, he played a key role in the company’s IPO, raising $35million, and its listing on NASDAQ.

He also founded and built Oxygen Funding, Inc., an asset-based lending company that specialized in providing working capital to small businesses, where he served as its CEO and CFO. Oxygen Funding grew to fund over $100 million of client receivables. He was a featured speaker for the Small Business Association and a writer for the Commercial Factor magazine.

Mr. D’Ambrosio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in accounting from Temple University. He has been nominated in both 2019 and 2020 as “CFO of the Year” by the Orange County Business Journal.
