Pat Flynn is the Managing Director of Secondary Investments at Manhattan West, where he is responsible for developing and growing partnerships with current investors, prospective investors, family offices and other institutional capital allocators. His focus is to represent Manhattan West in the investment community, raise equity for MWA’s alternatives platform, and partner with investors to help meet their investment needs.
Mr. Flynn began his career working in institutional equity sales where he worked closely with hedge funds and capital allocators by providing primary research coverage into different sector/industry verticals. Since then, he has specialized in working with capital allocators for the past seven years raising over $5 billion in multiple types of asset classes and investment vehicles.
Mr. Flynn is licensed by FINRA with his Series 7 and Series 66 and has completed three levels of his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College, where he played Lacrosse and Rugby. Mr. Flynn currently resides in the Mar Vista neighborhood with his wife and three dogs. In his free time, he enjoys reading, volunteering, podcasts, playing golf, sports, and snowboarding.
