Mr. Cotton began his career in the PEO industry through business development, specializing in outbound sales. He later transitioned into wealth management as a Corporate Development Associate, working closely with leadership on mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he focused on operational efficiencies—streamlining advisor workflows, implementing new technology solutions, and strengthening backend processes to support scalable growth.
Mr. Cotton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University, where he cultivated his interest in investment strategy, operations, and financial systems. Outside of work, James enjoys producing music, staying active, and spending quality time with his family.
