The East penthouse at the new 8899 Beverly luxury building in West Hollywood, for sale for $50 million off-market, would break the county’s record for most expensive condo if it sells at that price. CEO, Lorenzo Esparza told the Los Angeles Times that it’s critical for UHNW buyers to proceed with caution on ultra-luxury condos such as this one, especially in the Los Angeles market, as the high price tags are “uncharted territory.”
