Manhattan West acquired Signal Hill in 2021 at 50% occupancy and immediately commenced with capital improvements and property management operations.
The property is strategically located in a prime industrial corridor near the Port of Los Angeles, which has long been the most heavily trafficked container port in North America. The site also yields easy access to the I-405 freeway, which in turn gives proximity to the rest of the Los Angeles basin.
